Really, I have no idea.

And I can't really relate to your hypothetical any more than you could probably relate to a hypothetical that asked, for example, if you were about to be executed for commiting serial rape and murder of seventeen girls ages 6 through 9, what would you plan to say to St. Peter when you met with him?

But even though I think yours is a totally absurd hypothetical for someone in my situation, I'll give you my best answer.

I assume that before I were allowed to assume those responsibilities I would be required to take a number of courses which would discuss precisely what to do in such situations. And I would have read much more extensively in child psychology and development. I assume, therefore, that I would have some training and knowledge I don't have now that give me some options as to what to say.

But as of now, lacking either the training or the expectation that I could ever be in such a position, I have no idea.

Best I can do.

BTW, have you ever seen A Thousand Clowns?

I would NOT say what those social workers would say.

That I can assure you.
