Hi Zeev,

You say the lunch tactic has not been stellar lately. I was just looking at the Nasdaq 100 chart after reading that sentence. Were it not for a few huge up days, we have pretty much gone down for threee months. Not a great environment for buckers.

You also said that you have been getting minimal gains in CCMP and KLAC. Weren't those two of the three you mentioned as early move indicators? If so, they may be just about done when the others and indexes are getting started. As far as remembering only your gainers that isn't true. You are human, just a better trader than most. You cut those losses off quick. Probably the ONE thing I have to work on the most.

Better lunch tactics lie ahead I would think. We can't go down forever (g).

I looked back thru my May results to get a feel for the kind of days I make better money on. Not a lot of data points yet, but due to my method of trading, my better days are ones in which we had interday reversals and the markets turned up. These didnt necessarily end up green on Nasdaq. On my best day the nas opened down 12.5 and ended up 7.5.

This tells me that I am going to have to develop a strategy for up days that continue to go up throughout the day. Those days are coming and we may even get two or three in a row.
