"When pigs can fly" is about the only thing that came to mind when I read this post.

Arafat is currently threatening "a new level of explosions" according to the Jerusalem Post. By now, I very much doubt that he could call a cease-fire -- he would have to order his troops to fire on Hamas, and Islamic Jihad, and he's never going to do that while they remain popular. So more terror it is.
