well the very mean average should be taken care of quite well if india and pakistan decide to remove half of india's population and all of pakistan's..... plus or minus a few down wind collaterial thousands.

then assuming the half life is a short one on the residuals..... i.e. it ain't no chernobylic landscape...

we can move an equivalant number plus some from africa into the formerly contested areas in a sort of g 7 1/2 rebirthing of a geographical dead spot.

will probably be rejected when i present at the next meeting of the UN, however, a lot of dudes in my galaxy think this proposal is better than a lava lamp all day long.

if 24,000 die per day, then that comes out to 8,760,000 per annum. So it looks like the goal is being exceeded by a wide margin.
