As far as I'm concerned we can have a military installation in every country in the world if necessary to protect our security. That doesn't mean we are taking over the world. If we wanted to do that we would exterminate the populace of every country like the Germans tried to do. What you call a barnacle is more like an anenome where the country hides like a fish. The President is exactly on with his orders and his policies, except the one cooked up by demolibs that he signed against his better judgment. You know, the one that infringes on the First Amendment, the campaign finance reform bill.
