Another problem I've observed for US investors are logistics

very basic question: some of the Canadian stocks i follow are also available on the pink sheets in the US. for various, not very interesting reasons, i have some money in a schwab account i can't move to penntrade. if i buy the pink sheet 'versions's of canadian juniors, will i live to regret it? is the only problem liquidity? (and how big a problem might that be?) or are there other issues? (i.e. are my shareholder rights likely to be in any way impaired, either by law, or by chain of incompetence?)

TIA:

peter

Dear Russ,

It is a regulatory nightmare!! I think it is best to live by the motto, made famous in the States, "That what ever one man can invent another man can circumvent"!!

Keep me on the watch list.

Best regards,
