Maybe we get some rising birds next week -

after the intc news, I suspect we aren't going to get much. people should start to realize that money just isn't there for cap ex, or cap ex isn't needed, how ever you want to look at it. still, these short covering rallies can be furious, and at least a small gap up tomorrow is likely. As has been the case for over the last month, even if you have to let a semi equip short run against you, you aren't likely to be hurt too badly. and it has almost always paid to add "day" shorts to core positions on intra day rallies.

Pearly what is the yield increase by going to 0.13 from let say 0.24 micron? and were is the physical barrier?

Also wonder what are the energy savings - e.g. heath from 0.24 to 0.13. IMHO all those factors should be also taken into account as to final demand.
