Well, JB, it's true. When we put our money in, up or down, we're taking a known risk. That's the bottom line. I'm not saying just 'cause my girlfriend got caught in a fast moving short attack there's an immediate need for whining 'bout the shorties. But when the posting boards become a foul-languaged hockey gamelike lots of folks who don't play hockey have a hard time of it. So what is the real harm? Is it monetary, emotional or both?

My view is, hey, if you win da money you got more to spread around; if you lose money, you move on with not as much. I play hockey, I can take a hit; but I also know the feeling of scoring a great goal!

This whole debate got started when primary contributors to this thread began complaining about folks arriving here and wanting to give Anthony@Pacific a taste of his own posting-like medicine. I wrote that many folks were harmed by his tactics, that they're emotional about it, they probably lost money and that therefore there's an oddball delight for some who now see him languishing in jail while these same folks once languished in his short attacks.

Me? I'm sorta in the middle. I think the threads are replete with messages describing how people were harmed by A&P's tactics. I've seen them. So lots of these folks want him in jail and might disregard the fact our government sometimes gets very trumpy when it heaps on charges. I simply want two things: a) him to get a fair trial, which he deserves; and, b) a fair dialogue relative to stocks moving up or down. What's wrong with that?

JBinPA,

Just a point of information, if you don't mind.

You said, "Truthseeker (by the way, no longer CraigGoon.com--he's got another new one!)".

Since I haven't received my official scorecard of the players involved in the Short-Traders Anonymous Society, could you please confirm for me that Truthseeker, Craig.goon and Floyd S. are all the same person?

Also, if you don't mind, what is his new identity?
