You're right about the Lehman $2.8 billion number.

I remembered the "Option expense was $2.6 billion at Cisco Systems ..." quote of David Zion, accounting analyst at Bear, Stearns, in an article by Gretchen Morgenson of the New York Times ...

... and incorrectly attributed the same error to Lehman's number.

The Morgenson article was also posted by Mick Mormony at Message 17487859.
