I am not sure what this attorney, John Loftus has for evidence. All I see is at present is a plausible hypothesis that fits the facts that have been revealed by FBI special agent Colleen Rowley among others. To me, it simply means that there needs to be an independent investigation that is free of Administration influence because it is the Bush Administration that is under suspicion of perpetrating a conspiracy For the love of God Ray, for all the stinging indictments of culpability and accusations of GUILT, I really had higher hopes for this response. I want to keep an open mind but before I go believing that this administration ACTUALLY committed a crime I need something a smidge more substantive than "a plausible hypothesis".
