No other country is going to build anything that will beat them at what they do. But, as we both know, Ohh...??? Look at what the Russians have been selling to the Chinese: dsis.org.tw popularmechanics.com And the Russians were designing aircraft that could perform maneuvers which US jets couldn't replicate until the F-22 and thrust vectoring (The Cobra Maneuver), which is used to force the guy behind to overshoot you and put them in your sights for a quick shot.
