Wihtout a doubt, it would be help protect the people. Whenever the public catches wind of the secret doings of the government, the government is forced to pull back. A good example is the recent coup in Venezuela. When the truth came out, the administration was embarrassed and had to pull back. The American people do not support these dirty tricks. That is why they must be done secretly. We do NOT need a repeat of what the FBI did to Martin Luther King. Tom
