No one (that is great majority) wants to stay in West Bank-least of all Israel...it is however very complicated problem and not easy for you to understand...

Thomas what about Jordanian occupation of Jerusalem untill 1967? Why Israel did not have a right to defeat Jordanian army? After all there were always more Jews than Arabs in Jerusalem?

Norway and NATO

Deeply rooted in NATO

Under various governments Norway has consistently striven to maintain its national security interests with NATO as its framework. The decision to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was based on three fundamental factors:

* experiences from WWII

* an acknowledgement of the country's strategic position and importance

* the desire to remain rooted in democratic principles in the international tug-of-war.
