talked to her on the phone quite a few times. listened in to conferences together as we IM'd what we thought. was gonna meet her for a conference or two in her neck of the woods. well, my sudden surprise obviously mirrors yours and many others.

i'm not going to put any work into reits at this point.. which isn't to say i have already.

but i have an open mind.. if you care to research down that road and find something worth the light.. well here, and else where, i'm sure your thoughts will be appreciated... in fact thay are contrary enough already to be worthy of an open mind <g>

regards

J

PS.. i don't know if chen is following US Real estate these days, but he strikes me as a very worthy anvil to test anything you find either here, or in a PM. a few cLOWNS on the CFZ might also be worthy opinions as well.. dak, patron? my apologies for anyone i exclude in this post.

how unusually polite of me <g>

Hi Kerry,
And most legacy programmers find the chore distasteful, because they of course fully understand the legacy systems and don't require the documentation of what, for them, is second nature... !00% right but sounds a little cowboyish to me...pardner.. :o)

On the REITS front this may be of only moderate help (or none :o) but mostly residential properties rented by the Govt of Can and Govt of Nunan?? from siliconinvestor.com The REIT in that post is selected to try and circumvent joel's domino's. It's Canucky stuff though and it may not have the same tax advantages for you, I don't know but yield is yield. The Canadian Reit thread is pretty good 'cept for the occasional food fight.
