Hyperbole about world governance masks real actions towards world management (or 'dictatorship' as some countries would call it), otherwise known as "New World Order", which Bush Inc. is pursuing. A world tax is already in effect, a military cost paid mostly by American taxpayers, and not by, say Japan or the countries of Europe. Bush Inc. has already started to expand this tax with expansion of the US military around the planet to coerce oil resources, and create full-employment for spooks, military and oil executives.
