I have been using Schwab for these Canadians. I just use their on-line buy and sell procedures--with the U.S. symbol, e.g., CBYMF for Corner Bay, MNEFF for Minefinders, etc. The guy on the phone where they trade Canadian stocks said that this was a new feature--this was several months ago. Commissions are high, but it works well enough.

Wish PennTrade.com was available in my state.
