I thought I read that much earlier this morning. If that was it, it sure was delayed in reaction. The only thing I saw was a DJ line about reduced India / Pakistan tensions.

Genesis Microchip Cut to `Underperform' at U.S. Bancorp

Princeton, New Jersey, June 10 (Bloomberg Data) -- Genesis Microchip Inc. (GNSS US) was downgraded to ``underperform'' from ``market perform'' by analyst Ashok Kumar at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray. The price target was cut to $10.00 from $18.00 per share
