Yes I guess so. In this case my opinion is based on qualified facts and events, while yours is based on what makes you feel better about things.

Oh, Jewel. Why did you have to go and do that? I was prepared to end this with an I'm OK, you're OK statement. But you rejected my generous offer...

They were to a third party labeling the behavior appropriately (even in a way the behavor likes to label it herself).

<<label
verb [T]
She labeled all the packages and sent them out the same afternoon.
To label (something or someone) is also to characterize them with a name: He didn't want to be labeled a complainer, so he didn't raise any objection to the extra work.>>

You said that you were "labeling" X's behavior. The definition of labeling is to characterize with a name. My! What a coincidence!

(Please feel free to read sarcasm in that.)

As you've demonstrated over the past couple of years, unflattering remarks about X, even though completely justified, will never be tolerated on your watch.

Hmmmmm. Now how is it, exactly, that I'm supposed to show that I don't tolerate the unflattering remarks I have, myself, made about X the last couple of days? Am I supposed to post to myself and and start bashing? LOL.
