Short sale restrictions.
Well IMHO, short sale restrictions are a little too late to do any good for the stock at this time. I don't think very many people are putting on new short positions at these price levels, only 2 dollars above zero. The shorts are simply not motivated to cover at this time with so many longs willing to sell at any price and no new good news likely until the next quarters results are reported. JMO.
