Apparently you don't see a distinction between labeling the behavior (snide remarks) vs labeling the person the (a snide person).

I DO see that distinction. I studied the post where you allegedly called X those names and the surrounding posts to make a determination about whether you were applying the labels to the behavior or the person. Since the string of labels was followed by "Suffice it to say, she lives down to expectations," I took the labels to apply to the person. I don't think it's absolutely clear, though, which you intended.

What is more interesting to me is that you are now claiming you weren't name-calling because you were labeling the behavior rather than the person. Originally you said it wasn't name-calling because what you said was true and because it wasn't vulgar. Do you care to revise and extend your remarks further?

I hope you don't think I am getting too "pissy" (one of your labels).

Yes, "pissy" is one of my labels. Thanks for giving me the segue into demonstrate how off you are regarding my bias. You may recall that I used the term, pissy, to apply to both you and X. Don't forget, now.

You should have let me take away your shovel when I made the offer.
