To me, it is apparent that the best result on this thread would be to drop the interminable, self- involved bickering, and move on to something more substantial, or at least more entertaining to those not a party to the fights. I share your disgust and ennui. I no longer share, however, your view that recuperation is possible without a catharsis. IMO, too much stuff is stuck in too many craws and it will continue to fester until folks either get it out or choke on it. I no longer think we can ignore it or paper over it, although I'm certainly willing to try once again for lack of better options.
