By Charles Oliver When In Doubt, Blow It Up (6/10) When someone reported a suspicious pipe in the parking lot of the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul, the bomb squad rushed to the scene. The pipe was full of wires and stuck in the ground. The team couldn't figure out what it was, so they blew it up . The metal pipe turned out to be an electrical conduit connecting an emergency help button in the parking lot to a power source.
