Zeev, the smart Street strategists are realizing that they are underweight Euroland and Pac Rim Equities. Since it's now know that the USD is in a Bear Market phase and it's not over, Investment managers are building up positions in selected European equities. The same thing is occurring with selected Japanese and Hong Kong Stocks.

Look at the EWeb stocks for Japan and HK and names like
NSANY. pull up a 3 year chart on that bad boy, look at the trailing , forward PE and Price to sales on it and there's only one conclusion as to where it should be going over the next 2 to 3Q's.
