NOK closed at 12 and is 12.00 x 12.25 after hours. There were those usual NYSE after hours quotes such as .01 x 50.24 but those don't mean nothin'. Perhaps they are indicators of bathroom breaks. <g>

Shares (NOK: news, chart, profile) moved less than 1 percent higher after J.P. Morgan upgraded the Finnish mobile phone giant's stock to "market performer" from "market underperformer." Meanwhile, analyst Ed Snyder cut his price target to $13 from $15. UBS Warburg's Jeffrey Schlesinger said, however, that any "relief rally" following the update is likely to be modest in the near term.
