Actually, once an OB is taken, and resold, the next OB is always lower. They took my earlier OB on IDPH (last Friday) at a discount (had an OB at $36.15 but they opened it at $35.70 or so), that was sold, the natural think was an OB at $34, that was sold, now the new OB is around $33. Same in GENZ where the OB has been lowered to $28.11.
