block money flow was positive. Someone was buying Intel in a lots of 200K shares. If I am to guess that was probably intel buy-back kicking in.

Wouldn't it be considered insider trading (buying own stock after warning)? <g>

Sure, it makes perfect sense. Mom, Pop and the Granny took INTC down 5% in 30 minutes 100 shares at a time going against Intel's buy back program.
