Re: Right wing or wealthy guys who put you on ignore. Just shows you are not convincing the right people.

I suffer no illusion that I'm going to successfully convince rightwingnuts or rich to give up their self-serving views. That would go against human nature. My target audience is the dozens of lurkers here who express no strong view, but can be persuaded by pocketbook arguments that their best interests aren't aligned with the corporate super-elites who are corrupting the world of business to an unprecedented level for the sake of pure greed and unrelenting mono-focus grasping.

Gosh, you are achieving a high level of articulation today. I'm impressed.

BTW, have you read the new Joseph Stiglitz hit piece on the IMF?

amazon.com

It looks like a very interesting and honest critique of the wrong-headed policies of the World Bank and IMF where they smash indigenous populations for the sake of preserving the perquisites of the pompous and powerful. Such as Citigroup and their banker class ilk. Perhaps I'll go farther than Stiglitz might to suggest that the purpose of the World Bank and IMF is not to aid development,as they claim, but rather to protect the bankers from "moral hazard" and their own grasping ineptitude. YMMV.

Cheerio!
