Well, based on today's 'revelation' (I won't say arrest, because the arrest was apparently a month ago), we need to include Hispanics on the list of potential terrorists. Also, since the Palestinians are now using women for their murder-bombs, we'd have to include that possibility. That's the problem. If terrorists can recruit people outside of the 'accepted' profile, then it is actually MORE likely that they will slip through while the finite security resources concentrate on 'the usual suspects'.
