Party- Bear's got karma. He got it from being straight ahead honest and smart. Many of Tony's members went with HIS picks over Tony's. Yep he's a real good 'ole boy. I do not remember him bashing any stock.. just using deductive reasoning.
Well that's our Bear.
God bless him.

Let me tell you a bedtime story PartyTime.....

Once upon a time, in a far away kingdom of thugs, there were a bear, a heron, and an indian who lived and worked together. They terrorized others who dared to venture into their lawless kingdom by bullying the weak and the less fortunate.

Each night, the bear would spread his armpits, the heron would lied on one side, and the indian would be on the opposit side. They would then take turn smelling the bear armpits, kissing his butts, and praised one another until late into the night, and in the above described position, they fell asleep dreaming they went to heaven. They dreamed about arriving at Heaven's Gate where Saint Petersburg greeted them, and gave each of them a bottle of Channel #5.

End of story....

PS: The moral of the story is,.........nah, there is no moral to this story, it is just a joke I made up about some dudes who smell armpits thinking they sniff channel's perfume, don't take it personal. :)

I believe in the presumption of innocence. So, I'm not going to debate whether or not someone is guilty. It's impossible to tell that from a newspaper article.

I'm also not going to debate whether most of the stocks attacked on this thread were scams or run by scams. The price history speaks for itself. They were good calls that benefited from the greatest bear market since the depression, which followed the biggest bubble perhaps since the Tulips of Holland.

Given that scenario, short sellers couldn't help but make money just as bulls couldn't help but make money during the bubble run. What gets me is the excessive patting on the back that runs through this thread. I believe that it was to create an image that would bring sheeplings into the Enterprise from Viewers of this thread. This not only created revenue for a Privates site, but also to "Create Volume" for the leaders to get out. Totally separate and apart from the allegations in the press and criminal complaint, this type of activity, accompanied by selective leaks to associates and to legitimate press was IMO designed to manipulate and would probably violate the SEC acts and regulations thereunder.

What amazes me is that it was easy for shorts to make money during the period. Why get so greedy that they act in a fashion similar to the targets of their attack? In all likelihood, none of this would be discussed today if people had been satisfied making a measly 6 or 7 figures a year.

The leaders, the gurus, the Viewers, the sheep got sucked in by the weaknesses of the Enterprise. They turned out to be no better than their targets. They now are saying "ends justifies the means" and that they did good.

Hogwash!! It's easy to make money if you know tomorrow's news.
