Because the ANALysts are the pimps of the Whorehouses on Wall Street. Their job is to get you to buy stock when it comes public in an IPO, hold it while they and their closest clients sell. And get you to sell it when the stock is down so they can set the stage to ask you to bend over and grab your ankles one more time. It's the best and easiest way to make money that mankind has ever devised. An entire industry built on liars and thieves, protected by Congress and the courts and ensured by $500 million dollar ad and promotion budgets and expert lobbyists (example Wall Street firm's budget). America; Land of the Free and home of the Brave. Forget about the fair play and honesty stuff. . . that went out as a modus operandi years ago.
