J.T.

I doubt the insiders are short. They just do not want to be long.

Scarcity - there has been c.100Bn of new stock, and secondaries issued to date, that has an effect on the market. As number of shares go up price goes down.

As to the rest - the trend is down until it changes.
I have no idea when it will be, but I am not bullish till then.

There are bullish and bearish charts out there but I think it too risky (for me) to be long right now. I continue to see outperformers trade down from o/bought, indicating that the rot 'could' be spreading.

I see sectors trading "dry" like software, internets, health services and some, but we can still continue down to $SPX=940 and below.

Awaiting something that looks like capitulation, or my Vix stochastic to get to o/bought.

Did you ever stop to think that if all the insiders are selling that they are ALL SOLD OUT.

That, unfortunately for your argument, is not possible becuase, just like Doritos, they'll just make more. If the day should come where insiders did sell out every last one of their available shares, I sure wouldn't want to be the one buying from them.

Hungry for more (worthless) shares? Don't worry, we'll make more.
