insider sales have proven to have litlle or no correlaion to stock prices. Insider buying on the other hand does. There have been many studies dipicting this.


This is another myth put forth by longs. Just look at the volume of insider sales over the past 2 years. The drop in the market correlates perfectly with insiders decisions to sell. How about citing some of these studies?

Insider selling in of itself will/may not cause a stock to go down. But it PORTENDS what awaits the stock (company). And we are talking significant selling here. Not a trade here and there every few months. Take a look at MRVL. Classic case of being propped up long enough for special exits.

Of yesteryear? Look at CFLO and STOR. ULTIMATE insider stories imo !
