I doubt very much this is a serious possibility. Tippees (a word coined by my old Securities Law professor, Louis Loss) typically just have to give the money back, maybe pay a fine and sign a consent decree that they won't do it again.

But it provides an amusing image, though. "Let's see, some nice bright chintz curtains should cover these ugly bars up nicely..."
