Good point. Farm workers who are in this country illegally (probably) can't organize to bargain collectively. They also can't complain if they make less than the minimum wage.

The more one unravels the illegal immigration "onion" layer by layer, the more it becomes apparent that at the center of this sit large agri-businesses and the Republican congressmen they funnel money to.

Republicans see the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants as a steady supply of cheap, dependable labor. Democrats, not without blame either, see the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants as a source of new votes.

If you don't like the fact that these people don't speak English, better start taking Spanish lessons. Because their numbers will increase greatly in the coming decades, not decrease.
