You want a philisophical argument why Microsoft should be bought...right here ...right now...Well quite frankly...they control the pyramid...they are the essence of the foundation...of this entire scam....they exemplify everything about what is everything with selling paper to the public...selling options to the public...selling a hope...selling a dream...selling finance to the public...it's all about the press...it's all about the paper...it's a business...and the ebb and flow of paper to the public...well...quite frankly...right now...wall street needs a freakin' break...they need something to feel good about...the brokers...well they are just goofballs...they run around with the nice suits...telling you what you think you need to know...as long as it...well benefits the pocket book...so quite frankly...microsoft....it needs to be bought...right here...right now...with a vengence...the brokers need a fn' break...for chrissake...

imrpistine, red hat doesn't make it easy enough for the mass market, though. they do have a nice niche, however, you don't get rich selling free software. ;-)

maybe you have insight i'm missing here. j6p doesn't want to relearn a new os and new office suites when they are, frankly, still bewildered by windows and msoffice! ;-)

those that will won't pay for the linux os 'cause they get it free very easily.

sure, they'll make some revenue, but can they keep costs low enough to support it?

i will you say you are paying a much better price than those who paid $300+ for it several years back... :-)
