Tim, you're dead wrong. Didn't you hear that the government, led by Al Gore, created the Internet? ;-)

I'm only kidding, of course. But you should hear the staunch few who still defend Gore for saying that. Even if it were true, it still advances the flawed notion that government is the source and the driver of all modern innovation.
