that chart implies the sept lows will hold, and since the sept lows have not held for a bunch of subsectors (ie software) its hard to believe the indexes can hold... is that illogical from a ta standpoint? How can the sept lows hold (especially on the naz) when you have one and only one sector holding everything up - chips

PS the software subsector is also lower now than the 98 lows, which were really bad for sw
