The Freep, as I mentioned, I don't know if we reached the phase II bottom last Friday or not, right now I am assuming we did not and hope we reach it tomorrow, in advance, I lowered cash to 68% and may go for a short time to 50% maybe around 10:30 to 11:30 tomorrow.

Where did you see that congress upped the debt ceiling? Wasn't that just one vote in the process of law, but not enough to actually get the limit upped?

We closed lower today 1100 then we did on 9/21 1026. Maybe Zeev's WED is right in the money for bottom as market makers try to shake last shares out.

Also on 9/27 low of day was 1101 and close was 1144. I would have to believe that we would rally fairly strongly from this bottom.

What's significant 1100 is EOD close today-BUT 1088 was an intraday low. Right?
