I can't imagine any credible leader of the Free World saying that domestic security can't even be begun, that we cannot involve EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN in neighborhoods, to help protect our country. What a load of crap. Create a load of paperwork, and blame it on Congress. Totally irresponsible. Meanwhile autocratic orders go overseas into battle, and enable suspension of habeas corpus at home, but no one in the administration can find the time to do the primary task at hand: PROTECTING AMERICANS. It is all being done with the excuse that these hostile attacks abroad will protect us, even while socializing with our enemies, like Saudi Arabia, who pays those who kill Americans & lecture us on Palestine. Unbelievable. a terrific bureaucratic struggle to accomplish
