Logger's town, North Bend, or used to be anyway ... one of the old skyline rigging systems here in the days of wooden trees was named the north bend ... basically a haulback block hung on a short strap to the butt rigging, running the haulback ... there's a south bend system as well, but i recall only the name, never used it ... one of them is also called the Tyler skyline, can't remember which There are odd bits on the coasts that don't belong on this continent, that's for sure .... most notable of course that bit with Tijuana and Los Angeles on it ... well perhaps Messrs Chrétien and Fox will deal with this as part of the Gran Re-organisación, and have it pushed back out to sea
