IPO's? ROTFL, these guys got stock options "coming out the wazoo", ready to unload on me..and..YOU!

When I first read the comment that insiders might run out of shares to sell, I was quite amused at the naivete of that comment. For one, there is potentially an infinite supply of shares. Secondly, if by some miracle, an insider "ran out of shares to sell" he/she would simply short shares that would later be covered. The notion that it takes six months or six minutes to manufacture more shares is nonsense. The insider simply shorts whatever number of shares he wants to sell right NOW and then covers when he eventually gets the shares from options, secondary offerings, or whatever.
