Never heard that in the US some one is going to a spa to recuperate or have sunbathe or mud treatment on the Black Sea or Mediterranean. See the USD action after any hint of terrorist act. The rapid decline in the USD was after Shrub said "yes Sir" to the Saud Clan in TX. Just look at the charts. trade deficits were then and before and actually they are now shrinking a bit. To restore the USD strength is simple tell the arab GFY once and for all , bomb Saddam out of this world ............ and fire Powell ........ aftert that the stock market and the USD will go to da moon <GGG>
