Tokyo, June 12 (Bloomberg) -- The shares of Artiza Networks Inc., a software developer, rose as much as 15 percent after the company yesterday said it received orders for its testing equipment for high-speed wireless Web service from Siemens AG, Germany's biggest electronics and engineering company.

Artiza's shares rose as much as 20,000 yen to 152,000 yen. They closed the morning session on a glut of buy orders at 152,000 yen, with no sellers.

``It's great news that Artiza is expanding its business overseas,'' Hiroshi Naya, an analyst at Ichiyoshi Research Institute Inc. ``The 3G cell phone market is expected to become more popular in Europe, so Artiza's move is very encouraging.''

Artiza said in a statement after markets closed yesterday that it won orders worth about 30 million yen ($239,000) from Siemens for its testing equipment for 3G cell phones, or ``IMT- 2000 Test System.'' It said it will push for more sales to companies abroad.
