I tend to agree with you. You may be thinking of just the RICO charges. However, my view is that one must look for threads no matter how microscopic. Our very existence as a nation is at stake in the war on terrorism. I am sure those in Washington are damn glad Padilla has been caught. I would suggest any and all leads should be investigated when it comes to terrorism. For example, look at the morphed graphic of Padilla/OKC John Doe that I posted. Terri Nichols was once wed to Lana Padilla. Any relation? I don't know. The more you dig, the more you may find. I wonder if those that thought that there was no way that Elgindy could have known about 9/11 can at least acknowledge that there is a thread that should be investigated given his association with a KLA defense attorney.
