By in the case of Jewish terrorists they are capable of turning over a new leaf? Say what? Different rules/different standards for a Jew and a Muslim? Aha? Same standards, very different behavior. Unlike the Muslims, you don't see a bevy of Jewish rabbis issuing religious decrees saying that it's virtuous to assassinate your own leaders if you disagree with them or to blow up the restaurants and shopping malls of your enemy. After the Rabin assassination, the political factions associated with it in public opinion were widely discredited. This kind of political argument and introspection, which goes on all the time in Israel, is exactly what is missing in the Arab world.
