Ok here is an exercise for you. Go to a quite place of solitude preferably a place of complete darkness with only a small candle for light. Sit in a comfortable position and every hour or so ring a bell, tap a gong, rap a stick on a rock, or something to dispell the lingering chattyness in your brain. Wait for the candle to burn itself out, then remain in the darkness but continue the dispelling exercise. Don't come back to the bb until you have a huge craving to browse through the comments of the participants to see if there is any thing that strikes the old desire to respond. But don't respond. Just lurk and notice that every so often participants will converge on one theme and notice how the thread seems to come alive. That probably wont do any thing to help explain gropology, but its a good exercise...well not for me, but maybe you.
