John, The good thing about 9/11 is that it wakes up the sleeping giant. I am sure plans are being prepared now both at government and private levels. The fear is that as things return to normal we will go back to having our heads up our b--t. Lets not let us return to normal. Phase out opec. Explore and use alternatives sources of energy. Conserve too and use technology to reduce need for fuel sources. Then the world will be a more friendly place 5 years hence. I think counterterrorism is beginning to work. It has taken far too long and the initial ineptness of the bush team compounded the effects of the teenage clinton presidency where security took a backseat while the president was in the backseat getting.........(fill in) mike
