My neighbor has no water to his vegetable garden. He is very nice about sharing the harvest. He promised that he would bring me a couple of mellons and all the squash I could eat during the summer. He said I can pick anything I like as long as I don't take more than half of whatever is ripe. So, I made an agreement with my neighbor that as long as he doesn't step in my flower beds he may come to my back yard and use the water all summer to irrigate his vegetables whenever he needs too.

Last week he raped my dog shemp and beat my kid to a bloody pulp with a garden rake while he was in the yard. Would I be a liar if I said he could not use my water any more?

Obviously, you have the complete discretion to ban anybody on SM at any time for any reason; it's part of the autocratic nature of moderator's position. So you don't need that commitment from me anyhow--if in future you choose to ban me or anybody else for anything they do on IH or anywhere else on or off the web, you have that power. So that is in any case moot.

Other than that, in the favorite phrase of your good friend X, GFY.
