LOS ANGELES, CA--(INTERNET WIRE)--Jun 10, 2002 -- On June 10, 2002 at 08:30 EST, a press release entitled "CEL-SCI Corporation and TAKEDA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, LTD. Enter Worldwide Collaboration to Develop and Commercialize MULTIKLINE (TM) Agreement for a Potential Cancer Cure," which falsely identified CEL-SCI Corporation (AMEX:CVM - news) and Takeda Chemical Industries, Ltd. as the source, was distributed through Internet Wire. CEL-SCI Corporation states that it did not authorize the release and that the contents of the release are false. Internet Wire regrets the error and is investigating the matter.
