I have no interest in TYC, but have heard that they paid $10 billion for CIT and hope to sell it for $5 billion, no takers so far. They evidently paid way too much for their acquisitions, so who knows what the real book value of their assets are? All I know is what I have heard on CNBC's Kudlow and Cramer, FWIW.

Rory,

I don't know anything about the company's businesses but they seem to earn a fair amount of money. Hmmmm. I think this will be one of those stocks to watch closely on the charts and then determine whether and what time frame seems to be worth the risk. The 60 minute chart is setting up a nice hammer, but that's not usually my time frame.

On BBR you asked about WMB; another p/e of 3 stock! The chart looks interesting and could be bottoming here at 7.50. I think I'd be patient in this market with this one as well, though.

No time for heros until we see a much higher VIX.
